The Health Care Buyers Group is comprised of individuals in the purchasing departments
of their various companies, which are health care industry related. Members represent such
organizations as Texas Children's Hospital, UT. M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, University of
Texas Health Science Center, Medical Clinic of Houston, Memorial Healthcare, Shriners
Hospital,  Mann Berkley Eye Center and the medical facilities of Aramco Services.

This group is sponsored by and part of NAPM-Houston but membership in NAPM-Houston
is not necessary to participate in this group.

Meetings are held throughout the year, generally on the third Thursday of the month.
A guest speaker is present to address topics and/or products of interest to the medical
industry. These topics can range from medical vaccines, capital equipment, and even
promotional items or services to the industry.  A light lunch is provided to all attendees.
