2010 - 2011 Program Year Ballot
Annual Meeting April 13, 2010
Ballots are now available to each regular member of NAPM-Houston.
Members
may either vote online, or download the ballot from this site
complete and mail, or
submit
it to the ballot box prior to the April 13, 2010 General Meeting.
Ballots will be
available at the meeting to complete and validate with
your ISM membership number.
We will also have listings ISM membership numbers should you need it to
complete your
ballot.

Downloadable Ballot
The ballot download is in word modifiable form format,
and can be downloaded, saved, your choices can be marked
in the appropriate areas with an X,
saved
and emailed as an attachment, or print it and mail,
or submit at the ballot box at the April 13th General
Meeting.
Online Voting Form
The online voting form is completely
interactive, where you select your choices by clicking
your mouse in the appropriate box. Once submitted by
clicking on the submit vote button at the bottom of the
form, you will be given a confirmation page that what was
recorded for your vote. The link at the bottom of the
confirmation page will lead you back to the form and back
to the NAPM-Houston main web page.
Voting privileges are
restricted to regular members of NAPM-Houston. To
validate your vote please provide your ISM ID# with your
ballot and vote for the specified number of candidates in
each category. One vote per member. Votes may be
submitted by:

April 11th, Midnight.

Bylaw Changes :
PROPOSED BYLAW CHANGE OF ASSOCIATION NAME
FROM N.A.P.M.-HOUSTON INC. TO ISM HOUSTON INC.
Proposal to amend our associations
by-laws to change our name from N.A.P.M.-Houston, Inc.
to ISM - Houston Inc., in order to align our association with our
national organization the Institute
of Supply Management located in Tempe AZ..
This name change is not required by the national organization,
but your local leadership feels that
affiliate name recognition with the national organization will promote
growth and reflect the current
business environment and terminology.
