Oh, What a Ride!  Thanks for the memories.. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Decide ......  Commit  ........ Succeed .....  with all the "Pieces of the Puzzle" we did
it!

After 24 years of membership and volunteering with NAPM-Houston I Decided it
was time to take a challenge. I Committed to run for Vice President. I Succeeded
as President. Now, in my 25th year, I am on my way to becoming a Past President.

It all happened so quickly. It seems it was only a short time ago I was scratching
my head, saying "what did I just do"? I would never say it was easy. It is a lot of
work, but becoming a President of the 5th largest Affiliate in the world, is certainly
an honor.

When I began choosing my 2007-2008 Board of Directors, I recruited a mix of
seven (7) Past Presidents, eight (8) with less than two years in NAPM membership
and seven (7) who brought many years of experience to the Board of Directors.

I am very proud of all the accomplishments we made in 2007-2008.

  • 2 UH-D Students Supply Chain Management Association (SSCMA) to the
    Galveston SWSMC 

     

I would like to say Thank-You to each of the 2007-2008 Board of Directors,
Committee Chairman, Vice Chairman and all the Committee Members from all
of us who will benefit so much from your volunteering efforts!
